This sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls is a deeply immersive experience designed to promote relaxation, healing, and mindfulness. This is a wonderful opportunity to unwind and rejuvenate. This will take place in our tranquil, dimly lit yoga space, where you will either sit or lay down on mats with cozy cushions and blankets, surrounded by the gentle aroma of calming essential oils. Each singing bowl has a specific frequency that correspond to the energy centers in our bodies, called chakras. The bowls are made of pure quartz crystal, which allows for a clear, resonant sound that can be felt physically within as well as heard. There will be a brief meditation before and after to guide you through the experience. The bowls can evoke vibrations within you, bringing up emotions and sensations ready to be released. All is welcome here; this is a safe space for you to let go in your healing journey. Energy blockages can be cleared, physical and emotional healing can occur, and you will begin to go into a meditative state. Many times, people fall asleep during the sound bath, which is great!
