Thistle Lane Farm is a second-generation farm that was originally purchased by our uncle in 1957 for his love of horses. Our parents purchased the farm in 1973, and 10 years ago we decided to raise grass-fed beef cattle. We attended conferences to learn how to rotational graze cattle, and now we raise 60-70 Red Devon white-face crosses, meat goats, and chickens. Our farm is our pride and joy, and we want to share our passion for natural farming with others.

Camp in the middle of the woods with the amenities of home. This camp is situated on two acres between Clear Creak State Park five minutes down the hill and ANF just north across the Clarion River. The front yard is grass and thick tall ferns. Hardwood trees surround the camp. Lookout for deer, turkey, and signs of bear on the property. The camp is over a mile off the main road on back dusty lanes shared by other camps. Use the mountain pie makers, camp chairs, and large porch.
Everything is homemade including the delicious desserts. Grandma’s Kitchen is located between Punxsutawney and Brookville on Route 36. Open for breakfast and lunch every day and dinner on Thursday and Friday.
Located in Jefferson County, Cloe Lake is a 27-acre impoundment owned by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and managed by the Fish and Boat Commission for public fishing and boating.

The Baker Trail is a 134-mile (217 kilometer) hiking and backpacking trail, following forest paths, old jeep trails, paved roads and dirt roads through woods, farmlands, and along rivers and creeks. The Baker Trail traverses six counties (Armstrong, Jefferson, Clarion, Indiana, Forest, and Westmoreland), is a state-designated hiking trail, and is included on the trails map of Pennsylvania.
