The house has undergone a complete renovation and is now ready for rental. It features four bedrooms, two and a half baths, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious screened-in deck with access and a view of the Clarion River. Yes, it has air conditioning, Dish TV, and internet too. The property is a one-acre vacation rental located right on the riverfront, offering a huge waterfront for your enjoyment. You can easily go canoeing, kayaking, or fishing right from the front yard. There’s also a fire pit where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful view.
A large, quality & authentic log cabin built in 1934 on the edge of Cook Forest in Jefferson County, PA. Situated in 9 acres of private woodland providing privacy yet located close to vacation amenities such as Restaurants, stores, cycling, hiking trails, kayaking & tubing on the Clarion River, pony trekking, go-karting, fishing, hunting & more.
Deer Park, playground, and Wildlife museum. Open May through October. $8.00 admission for an all day pass. Children under 4 free!!! Bring your kiddos and enjoy a nice day in the Pennsylvania Wilds!
Fair Winds is located at 12810 Route 36, Clarington, PA 15828 just 2.5 south of the Clarion River between Cook Forest and Clear Creek State Parks. All cabins have gas or electric heat and come with a starter supply of firewood. Bed linens, dishware & utensils, pots & pans, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster are provided. All of our cabins have bathrooms. Two nights minimum is required except on holidays which is 3 nights. TV with a DVD player in each cabin. Dish Network & WiFi are available but not guaranteed due to frequent outages in the area.

Come stay in a rustic cabin in Clarington, Pa. We are located in the beautiful Cook Forest state park area, and there are lots of things to do. Each cabin features 2 bedrooms, an open living room/ kitchen combination, bathroom with shower, outdoor seating around the fire pit and a round of firewood and bucket of kindling. It has everything you need for a week vacation or a weekend getaway. The kitchens have a fridge and gas range, includes pots, pans, dishes, utensils, garbage bags, microwave, coffee maker & filters, and toaster. The bathroom has a shower (no tub) and the toilet paper is included too!
